Looking to rent out a furnished bedroom. There will be 3 of us when rooms are fully occupied sharing kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse. $900 includes all utilities as well as Wifi.
Room comes furnished with a Queen Bed, Dresser, nightstand and tv. Suitable for a full time worker or student.
No drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no people in and out, and no pets. But must be okay with dogs as I have recently gotten a medium sized rescue dog that comes every where with me.
About the roomies
Quiet and tend to keep to myself. Usually gaming or hanging out at home when I’m not at work 9-5 during the week
