ABOUT THE HOUSE SETUP: we can share the 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Especially, if you can to use the hot tub and make use of the shower setup. First floor is very spacious as you can see. Do not have the patio furniture brought up yet from the basement. It is a great place to relax, read a book or simply listen to the birds as we have many here. Parking/storage: 2 car garage in the back and unfinished basement. Using the basement as storage if needed and possibly one the garage spots. Allowed to park on the street which will be no issue for 3 people. There is plenty of closet space. If needed can use the 2 walk in closets in the master bedroom. All utilities will be paid by myself and will provide Bell FIbe box and remote if you have a TV. I may have a spare TV. Exercise equipment if so inclined: Treadmill, stationary bike and weights (basement). Can move if so desired.
