Yael's room

Hello we are 2 McGill students looking for a third roommate (preferably female) for our last year at university, from July 1 2025 to June 30 2026!! The apartment is furnished (other than the room) and we have a washer and dryer. We all share one bathroom (we haven’t ran into any problems with this :)).

The room is $960 a month (open to negotiation, just sent us a message if interested!) + 85 for wifi and hydro.

We are located a 20 minute walk from McGill, and a 2 minute walk from the bus 24 stop running on Sherbrooke. We are located very close to St Laurent, and a 5 minute walk from Econofitness 24/7.

We are pretty organized and clean but we aren’t strict, we just ask for responsibilities to be shared. We are good with having people over and noise unless its during nights in exam/midterm season. We’re both artistic, I play bass and guitar and my roommate paints and makes clothes. We’d love to be friends as roommates and hang out, but it’s ok if not, just be respectful of each other.
