About the room
I’m considering potentially getting a roommate for my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. I’m only planning on doing it if I find someone I feel like can communicate well and that we could be friendly not just coliving.
You would have a bedroom and a bathroom for yourself. Currently the bedroom that would be rented needs painting. But I would get that done before someone moves in.
About the roomies
I’m extroverted but love my alone and quiet time. I’m a morning person and I have a cat. No other pets allowed sadly. Nimbus isn’t welcoming to other pets. Ive tried sadly.
I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and like to have friends over for board games, book clubs and just for dinners as well. I would like to get a roommate that will be keen on interacting from time to time. I dont want to share my space with a stranger.
