Kate's room

Hello! I have two fully furnished rooms for rent each with a solid quality queen mattress. One room is in the lower level with a large window, and one is upstairs. Each room has their own full private bathroom, and the upstairs room has it’s own walk in bathroom. Utilities and internet are all included.

Located in a beautiful, modern townhouse in Kilarney area. It’s a 5-10 minute drive from MRU, an 8 minute drive to downtown, and close to bus stops.

Looking to fill both rooms with females in their 20’s or 30’s. Looking for someone clean and friendly who wants a safe and comfortable place to live! :) Flexible with length of stay. Feel free to ask any questions!
