We are looking for a roommate (or couple) to sublease our roommates room. The lease has option for renewal and ends August 31st. The townhouse is fully furnished but if you have your own furniture we can move out anything you don’t want. The townhouse is 2 floors with 2 private bedrooms and shared office room, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and in unit laundry.
