Located in North Burnaby our home is a great place if you want to be live in a beautiful neighbourhood surround by the beauty of Burnaby mountain and in close to the city. Our home is located close to Hastings and Duthrie. Around the corner from Blosom tea house (Great place). Laundry at home. Big patio to enjoy. This ad is for a private room with a balcony. This is a big size room. Access to buses R5, night bus N35, bus 144 which goes to Sperling station and Metrotown, also buses to Lougheed town center. This is a private room the price is for one person. Rent is $1,250 includes utilities. Deposit is $625. If you would like more info and to book a viewing let me know. We are down the hill from SFU Burnaby campus. Bus R5 gives direct access to downtown Vancouver. Pet friendly with pet deposit.
