Furniture includes: bed, dresser, built-in closet, desk, chair, bookcase, and vanity. -Common areas are shared with 2 chill roommates with different schedules. -Move in from April 10th. Rent is $600 for April, and $900 for May. $450 damage deposit required. No charge for the beginning of June but please vacate by the 3rd. About the area: -18 minute walk to Rupert Skytrain Station and 99 b-line/9 bus, or a <5 minute bus ride. -4-10 minute walk to other bus routes that go to Hastings st and downtown. -Just a 10 minute walk to supermarket, shops, restaurants, bank, liquor store, etc. -In unit laundry included. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. -Must be ok with cats! There is a very sweet resident feline that loves hanging out in this room, and she loves to cuddle. NO COUPLES Bedsheets, closet storage, door hooks and coat hangers are also included with the room if you wish to use them.

You will be living with my wonderful roommates K and I (I’m hiding their names for now for privacy reasons). K works in the brewing industry, and I work with children. The roommates are very relaxed and friendly people. We don’t spend too much time together, but they are always down for a chat when we catch each other in the kitchen, and we like to share snacks and help each other out. There is also a sweet little cat who is very fond of cuddles and playing!
