The room has a private en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub and overhead shower. As well as, a double bed, large wardrobe, multi-tiered desk, and desk chair. I am also willing to leave behind (for free) my mini fridge for use if potential tenant wants.

The apartment contains an in-unit washer and dryer that is free to use with no additional cost. It is also furnished with a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, couches, and TV.

Rent is $979/month including wifi, gas, and water. Hydro (electricity) is approx. an additional $15/month.
