About the room

I’m looking for a mature professional roommate to live in a specious furnished bedroom (14“ x 12“ + has a door lock). It is one bedroom apartment and I’m staying in living room. The place is located on the quiet side of the West End in Vancouver at Chilco and Nelson intersection. Stanley park is one block away and English Bay is only three. It is conveniently located 2 blocks away from Denman street with No-Frills, 2 Safeways, 3 liquor stores and plenty of bars and restaurants along with bus stops.
The apartment has kitchen appliances ( no dishwasher, sorry), plenty of storage. Street parking is available. No smoking in the building is allowed.
Internet and hydro are included in the rent price. Security deposit of 600$ and agreement is a must.
About the roomies
About myself… I’m a clean and respectful professional and looking for the same qualities in my roommate. I love to socialize, spend time with my friends, hike, ski, do road and camping trips, attend festivals and concerts and enjoy beaches in the summer. That being said, staying in and reading or watching TV-shows takes the rest of my free time.
