Room: Unfurnished room on the second floor with built-in wardrobe.

Shared amenities: The room is in a house – all other spaces will be shared. Potential for having your own bathroom but it is not attached to the room; Fenced in backyard; Two car garage; Laundry in the basement as well as plenty of storage space.

Ideal tenant: Non-smoker; Respectful of shared space (you will be sharing with one human and three four legged friends😊)

I am happy to set up a meet and greet for you to come and see the place and meet the roomies (animals and human) prior to committing.

You would be sharing the house with a friendly and respectful full time working roommate. Im happy to give you space or share meals and conversations. You will also be sharing all spaces (except your bedroom if you so choose) with one cat and two dogs - they love unconditionally. The house rules revolve around the animals (e.g. no feeding them human food, keep gates closed, keep the environment safe for them, be nice to them etc) We all value a respectful environment with open communication.
