We have rooms available in a duplex across from the large Martin Luther King park. The park offers winter activities (as an ice rink) and summer activities (free swimming pool). The street is quiet. The apartment is furnished and has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Well located, it remains 15 minutes walk from Plamondon station, 18 minutes from Université de Montréal station and 13 minutes walk from HEC. There are also bus options. You will find nearby the Maxi, Plaza Cote-des-Neiges ( Walmart, Dollarama, Fu Tai Market, restaurants and other stores), Kim Phat Market, Pharmaprix, Jean Coutu, convenience stores and several businesses on Avenue Cote-des-Neiges. We are looking for calm and responsible students.

The roommates are calm and nice. Currently, only boys are renting the apartment
