Looking for an individual quiet, neat and tidy roommate to rent a private and bright fully furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in a high-rise apartment building in midtown Toronto (Upper Forest Hill - near Eglinton West station, closest intersection Eglinton Avenue West and Marlee Avenue) for $1,000.00 per month starting April 1, 2025. All utilities are included in rent, including unlimited Wi-Fi. I am the only other tenant in the apartment and have lived here for more than 13 years.
