Lease takeover with a possibility of extension!
I’m looking to transfer my lease that starts in May and ends in August of this year. It can be extended, you just need to talk to the landlord.
It a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment in parkallen (3 min walk to the bus and a 15 min bus ride to the UofA and South Gate)
Rent is $700 + $30 wifi. Utilities are included and there is in building laundry that is free.
The room is currently furnished. I can sell the furniture to you for about $200 (negotiable)
No pets please and I would prefer a female roommate.
