A gorgeous apartment across the street from both MacEwan University and Rogers Arena! A walking distance to Unity Square with grocery, restaurants and more, and directly beside an LRT station. Room itself isn’t furnished but the main spaces are, with room for changes and negotiation if you have pieces you want. Includes a spacious bedroom with a closet, and a bathroom (with a standing shower and tons of storage and counter space) all to yourself! Has a fully functioning washer and dryer, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, fridge, and fireplace included. Rent includes heat and water, internet and electricity are separate. Internet is with Shaw for $63 a month total, so your share would be ~$30, and electricity is usually $70ish a month total. Building is smoking free. Parking is either underground or upstairs uncovered (both reserved spots for extra $$) and the building had both stair and elevator access. Hi!! My name is Lexi and i am going into my second year at Macewan for criminology. I’m 21 and have lived in this building in a one bedroom for the past year so i can definitely vouch for the standard of the building, i literally love it!! I’m definitely more of a homebody but will never turn down a night out, and i’m completely okay if you ever want to have friends over! I’m in a long term relationship so i have no issue spending the night elsewhere if you need a night to yourself too:) I’m big on open communication and keeping a clean and sunny living space! And as unfortunate as it is to have to mention, it is a Trump-free household🙅‍♀️. I’m pro women’s, queer, and POC rights and if you don’t think that sounds like you we probably won’t be a good match! I’m looking forward to hopefully finding a roomate and a new friend!!
