About the room
LOCATION: West end of Nepean (near IKEA). There’s bus routes nearby on Carling and Richmond to the north, and Pinecrest Station to the south.

BUILDING: This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the main floor of a house. The other two bedrooms in the apartment are both used by me - one is my bedroom the other is my office as I work from home most of the week. There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Driveway parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: I have a cat and a dog (see pictures). Both of them are very well trained and friendly. That said, my dog is a BIG boy and so if you’re afraid of big dogs this probably won’t work for you.
About the roomies
Your only roommate would be me, Cassie. I’m an electrical engineer at a consulting firm here in Ottawa. I’m also a woman in my early 30s and I enjoy having a few friends over to play board games every couple weeks or so.
