I’m renting out a private bedroom in a shared 6-bedroom unit with five other female students for the months May to August. The house is just a 5-minute walk to Dalhousie University and offers a convenient, student-friendly location.

• Rent: $800 month

• Utilities: Included, except for WiFi and power (split between 6 people, approx. $70 extra per month)

• Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen and living room

• Furnished bedroom: Queen-sized bed, dresser, mirror, and desk

I’m looking for a female renter.

There will be 4 other female students that attend Dalhousie university. They are very friendly, clean and welcoming individuals. I am aswell a university student going home for the summer to work.
