Access to backyard with gazebo and bbq. 15 mins driving to Durham College North campus and 8 mins. To downtown campus. Walking distance (10 mins)to bus and two plazas with grocery, drug store, etc. quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbours. Parking in driveway for two cars. Owner’s in the garage.

I am a retired very active senior with College age granddaughter living in basement with own room bath and living area. She goes to Durham college North campus. We are very relaxed and friendly so you can interact with us as little or as much as you want. I go to excercise two or three times a week and other than that I am either in my garden in the summer, doing my volunteer work on the computer, shopping, cleaning, etc. my other granddaughter visits for a bit two/ three times a week after work. One other family member may drop in for brief visits two times a week. We have a dog, a husky, who is extremely friendly and I also babysit my granddaughter’s dog two times/wk while she’s at work.
