Mid-Sized room (Approx. 120 sq. ft.) and your own bathroom. It’s the main bathroom so guests will use it if they come over. Common areas are furnished and, as I’m repainting, you can pick the colours for your room and bathroom paint.

The building is located just off St. Clair and Spadina and only about a minute walk from St. Clair West subway station. Near tons of parks, cafe’s and food, and just down the street from the local loblaws. Building also has a pool, A/C, and I cover all the utilities including Gigabit internet.

2 pets live in the apartment, a dog and cat, and they’re both incredibly friendly and well-trained.

Visitor rules aren’t strict at all, and I’m okay with you having visitors whenever as long as you let me know. I’ll do the same if I have people over.

Hi, I’m Jose! I’m a graphic designer and marketing coordinator that works from home most days of the week. I have a dog and cat, both very friendly with new people and well trained. I’m a relatively neat and clean person that likes to keep common areas and my own area clean, and am always happy to hear out my housemates if they have any concerns. I’m LGBT friendly (and part of the community myself) and also enjoy cooking, gaming, and D&D.
