I am looking for someone to sublet my room from May 1st to August 31st, it’s completely possible to stay longer if you wanted to. The room is located in Sandy Hill, 9 minute walk to UOttawa. It comes furnished, the place is shared with three other people, comes with a kitchen, living space & a bathroom. Convenience stores, fast food places, and grocery stores are within a 15 minute walk. Perfect for students or young adults who are working full time. It is a walkable area that is nice to have during the summer.

I am a 19 year old student who is studying at UOttawa, I’m moving back home for the summer which is why I am listing my room. I’ve lived with three other girls since September in this place, and two are also moving out for the summer. Everyone is quiet & minds their own business.
