Great apartment on a nice street in East York, many public transit stops nearby. Medium sized room available in a 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a townhouse, close to a public pool and large park with ravine and bike path connecting you to trails through the city. Apartment has a shared bathroom for all three rooms as well as a shared living room and kitchen, living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Apartment has a large shared backyard and a shared shed. Washer and dryer are on-site and shared with the other unit tenants. There is also a large laundromat nearby on woodbine. If you have a vehicle we do have a parking space available in the driveway.

There are currently two male tenants residing in the apartment. One works part time as a dishwasher and line cook working mainly evenings, and the other works full time 9-5 at a local Healthfoodstore/ Pharmacy. We are both very friendly tend to keep to ourselves . We are both into video games and music /art . Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, clean, friendly and respectful of each others spaces
