Close to UofWinnipeg, Freshco, No Frills. The room/apartment is also new and recently renovated. All utilities will be included in this too. Building has both a washer and a dryer also. Unit makes a lot of sense if you’re looking for an upscale budget friendly apartment downtown Winnipeg. I’m happy to semi furnish if that is something you’re looking for with a desk and possibly a bed.

Ideal tenant is a student/someone new to Winnipeg or someone who works downtown is clean and a non-smoker
