It’s not glamorous, but the price and location are right. Its cold in the Winter, and damp in the Summer. The room has access to the backyard which is free to use and shared with upstairs tenant. For a UofT student it’s perfect right next to the Wellesley bus line and a 25 min walk to campus.
About the roomies
I am an adult man living with epilepsy. I dont go out a lot, but I’m quiet, tidy, and vaccuum frequently because the apartment is shared with a cat and ants.
