I’m subletting from May 1- August 31, the bathroom is shared with one other person possibility to rent other rooms in the apartment at the same time to be with friends! The apartment is in Sandy hill brand new has a gym right by and many restaurants, it’s a 5 minute walk to the uottawa campus and 10 minute walk to Byward market. Utilities are included other than hydro, in-unit laundry and street parking is available with the purchase of a parking pass. Message me for more info!

One of the roommates will be living in the apartment, but the other two will not be. Therefore the bathroom has a possibility of not being shared and instead private or simply shared with one person!
