This is only available for one month, from April to May. But there is an option to extend the lease for a month or two if you discuss with the landlord. This is a fairly large condo close to Concordia and other schools in Montreal. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony, etc. Large kitchen and living room. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It takes 8 minutes by bus to get to Guy Concordia station. If you have any questions feel free to message and ask. The room costs 750 all in. It is a reasonably large room with a closet and a massive window. The lease expires after April, but there is an option of extending if you like.
