About the Condo: Spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom + Kitchen Condo. 5 min walk to Kipling Station, 6 min walk to Food Basics. Building amenities include Gym, Workspace, Kids Play Area, Garden Terrace, & 24x7 Security. Burger King, RBC, Popeyes, & Farmboy are all across the road.
About the Room: Simple unfurnished square room. Will be living with a clean, respectful and polite male student.

Who you’ll be sharing the Room with:
Hi, I’m Ritchie, (24) a film student at Centennial College, and have been living in Toronto for over a year now. When I’m not making movies, you’ll find me geeking out over classical music or reading up on it. I work part-time at a restaurant in Liberty Village and freelance as a Script Supervisor & Sound Mixer in Toronto’s indie film scene. I’m chill, respectful, and a total hygiene freak - so if you’re the same, we’ll get along great! No big demands from me, just be nice, respectful, and clean up after yourself!

The other 2 roommates are good friends and Humber film grads. They too, like me, are nice, respectful, and extremely hygienic individuals who love a beer and a great conversation from time to time! Together, we’re a progressive, open-minded, and artistic bunch who love critical discussions, celebrating differences, and embracing new cultures! We don’t care about nationality, diet, or beliefs - just be cool, decent, and open-minded, and we’ll return the favor (plus some).
