Hi guys!

We are looking for a friendly and chill housemate to join us in our house in Arbutus Ridge 🏡💫

The bedroom available is an enormous basement, and has a large window letting in lots of light and fresh air. The room comes furnished with a queen bed. The rooms stretches the whole length of the house so it’s more than big enough to create a lounge area at the other end if you’d like. There is a second bathroom downstairs which is shared with just one other person.

The rest of house is great too. We have a big garden, a patio area, a lounge, 2 bathrooms, and a bight and airy kitchen. The house is well connected for transit, with the 2, 25 and 16 busses all within a 10 minute walk. There is also a Safeway and BCL just around the corner.

We are a social house - we go to skiing together often, and regularly watch movies or have drinks together. We don’t need the new housemate to be best of friends with us, but we would hope that the new person shares good vibes and is respectful to the house and the other housemates.
