This condo is situated 4 minutes away from Metro LaSalle in a family friendly and quiet neighbourhood. There is basically no circulation during day and night since the entrance of our community is one way in and out. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building, facing a park with 2 balconies. A lot of nature trees in the summer provides good privacy and shade. Through the rear balcony you can access our condo’s private backyard where you can do BBQ. It has 1 indoor private heated garage + 2 exterior parking places in front of it.

Around the neighbourhood: Many family daycares and CPEs, and public school is just a few minutes walk. 6 minutes walk to Maxi supermarket and Canadian tire 4 minutes walk to Metro LaSalle 10 minutes walk to Wellington commercial street ( very good pastry, organic store, cafés and restos etc)
