About the room
It’s a quiet and safe area, it’s on acul de sac in Acadia. It’s a few minutes away from a bus that goes directly to Southland LRT station in around 5 minutes. Lots of amenities are nearby: -grocery stores -gas stations -restaurants -malls -schools -pools -parks -golf course -and more There is laundry in the unit. We have use of the front yard. You can only smoke or vape outside. We don’t smoke.
About the roomies
The house is shared with myself, & my teenage daughter (she is with me 1/2 the time). We are looking for someone who wants to live with us for a year. I’m a working professional who has a full time job plus a side gig. So I’m busy. I have an upbeat attitude and I like to go out too. We keep our place quieter and enjoy relaxing at home. We have an adorable shih tzu dog. She is hypoallergenic and non shedding. (Both my fourteen year daughter and dog are at my home half the time.) We use and take care of the front yard. I have lawn furniture and you can sit and relax outside
