Rent is $900 or $1000 depending on the room you prefer (both are very spacious). Hydro would be split 3 ways and is typically $30-$40 per month per person. Parking is an additional $40 per month, if needed. The home has two bathrooms, plenty of common space, an office space, in-unit laundry, central AC and heating, and a small backyard. There is also a bus stop right outside.
