Thirteenth Street

Small bedroom in bright and clean 3-bedroom apartment. VERY close (160 metres) to Humber Lakeshore campus. We share the living room and kitchen space, with on-site laundry. From our apartment it’s 120 metres to a bus stop that will take you straight downtown, and 400 metres to a beautiful walking trail at the lakefront. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away by bus. Unfortunately no cats due to allergies. One year lease begins May 1. Rent includes water but internet and hydro are an additional cost.

We are two female Humber students, looking for another likeminded person: friendly, tidy, quiet, easy going, willing to split chores and work together for a pleasant home space.
