Two large windows, dressed with dark curtains, provide plenty of natural light, making this the “sunniest and warmest room,” perfect for enjoying both morning and afternoon sun. The walls are a neutral, light beige color, creating a calming and versatile space. The room is move-in ready, but there’s also flexibility for you to add your own furniture if desired.

You’ll be sharing a newly renovated bathroom with just one other tenant. The bathroom includes thoughtful touches like two phone holders with sound enhancers and waterproof covers, perfect for enjoying movies or music while you shower.

You’ll be sharing the common areas. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen. All kitchen utensils and appliances are provided, including cutlery, pots, pans, a pressure cooker, kettle, air fryer, microwave, toaster, oven, and rice cooker. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered water function, ensuring you can always enjoy cold drinks and good-quality water. Dryer and laundry facilities are available in the main floor and you have a fridge, which you will share with other tenants.
