🛁 The bathroom and washroom are shared between the tenants of the two rooms(Your bathroom and toilet will be shared with an Iranian female dentist. She is very clean, tidy and friendly.

🏠 The house has three rooms, with the third occupant living in the master bedroom and using their own private bathroom.

✔️ Utilities including electricity and water are included, but there is no charge for internet.

🛌 The rooms are available furnished (upon request).

✅ Half of the monthly rent is required as a deposit.

One room was rented by an Iranian female dentist. She is very warm-heated, kind and super clean. You should share your bathroom with her. I live in master bedroom( I am a Iranian male civil engineer, I work for a construction company.
