About the room
This is one room apartement for me and my tenant who rent the room, she will have the room private, only for her, me I stay in the livingroom, The tenant must to know that I have two camera in the livingroom recording 24 hours. Room and bathroom not have camera. Only one fridge in the kitchen all stuff in kitchen is sharing. All services include, laundry and drymachine in basement cost 1,50$ each. In this building also have camera in the hall, very clean and security building, smoking is not allowed. Not guest is allowed. Tenant must to sign contract agree rules. Tenant can leave the room by giving two months notices.
