Sumrit's room

Hi, my name is Sumrit, 28 years old male, originally from Hong Kong and has been here since 2015. Professionally, I’m running startups so I mostly work from home or nearby cafe. I’m currently living in a 3 bedroom condo on the 5th floor, looking for a roommate for a furnished room with own bathroom. It is 5 mins walk to Carvolth exchange which connects you to rest of the lower mainland. Bus to Burnaby takes around 15-20 mins. Also have 2 free parking spaces, it is located 2 mins away from Highway 1, so if you drive to downtown, it takes around 30 mins. FYI, I live with my cat (long story)

Need to be super clean and tidy, respect the house and pay rent on time. That’s it tbh
