About the room
The current tenant will be returning to her country on March 30th, so we are looking for someone who can move in from April 1st.
Rent: $1000 (all utilities included, $500 deposit) Private Room with furniture The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared with two other female tenants. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, gas, and electricity, are included.

Minimum Stay: 6 months
