Seeking roommate for 2nd bedroom in 2bed2bath apartment. The room has a walk-in closet and sliding glass door to let light in, as well as a privacy curtain for sleep. You would have a full bathroom to yourself as well. Located in the Canary District in a new luxury condo building with excellent amenities. Room comes unfurnished; common areas partially furnished. This would be an 18-month lease transfer, so long-term applicants only please! The room is available for April 1st or 15th. Latest would be May 1st. Hydro and WiFi are billed separately, WiFi is $30/mo, hydro varies but would be roughly $40-70 each monthly.

In my free time I like to go out for coffee, thrift, swim or go for walks. Cleanliness is very important to me so I’m looking for someone who also values this.
