The area is very nice and quiet. Mostly families and older people. Close to Carleton University.
About the roomies
I am a political science student at Carleton University, and I’m renting out my room for the Spring and Summer while I’m home in Toronto.
Only one of the three rooms will be occupied over the summer by my friend Jake. He, however, is never home and lives at his girlfriend’s place. He is a very kind and respectful guy.
If the other available room is rented for the summer, you will be informed.
