Looking for a third roommate to start renting from October 1st.

It’s located in the South End. 5 min walk from SMU and major bus stops within 2 minutes. Superstore and Sobeys located within a 5-10 min walk. 15 min walk downtown and to the waterfront and Point Pleasant. In house laundry, no coins or payments needed. Parking included as well.

You would need furniture for your bedroom but the rest of the house is furnished and you’re welcome to use our stuff, we’re open to sharing things.

It’s a 3 floor house. Bottom floor is a a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom. 2nd floor is the living room and kitchen and balcony. 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.

I graduated and work full time. We’re looking for clean and respectful people. We’re pretty social and like to communicate openly. We’re open to people from all backgrounds and LGBTQ friendly.
