Month to month. No damage deposit! Apartment suit on 4th floor with balcony and plenty of space in the living room and dining area. The room you will be renting has a closet from one side of the wall to the other. It can fit a dresser in the closet and still have hanging space. The room is a decent size and lots of sunlight comes through the window during the day. It’s quite long. Shared bathroom! Bathtub, and a mirror that opens up for lots of storage. Internet and electricity are not included. Internet will be $36.75 each on the 22nd and a one time installation fee of $35 each as I am setting it up in my name since my current roommate is moving out. Electricity was around $40 each the 2 months I’ve lived here. The parking stall is included in the rent, so it will be yours. I do not drive due to medical reasons at this moment.
