Details: • Rent: $1,500/month + utilities (hydro, gas, internet, etc.) • Available: April 1st • Room: Located on the lower floor (not a basement). The room is unfurnished, but the photo shows it with furniture for reference. • Shared spaces: Kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room, guest room, home gym, and large yard with firepit, pool, and hot tub. • Bathroom: Semi-shared (mainly used when guests are over). • Pets: No additional pets allowed, as my dog doesn’t get along with animals.
