Are you a female looking for a private room in a beautiful fully furnished house in serene area of NW? Then this is for you!
This is a 5 bedroomed shared house with only 3 occupants and a maximum of 4 occupants. 2 occupants on each floor. Each floor has a sparkling clean full washroom. The house also has a spacious living room and a fully equipped large kitchen. As shown in the pictures all areas have large windows that let in natural light. At the back is a huge balcony that is open for all occupants. This has been my home and I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and responsible to take over my lease that ends in August. All the other roommates are very kind and friendly.
The room is available as from April 1st. A dresser and Twin bed are available for free if you want.
$700 rent. $21wifi. Plus utilities divided by four.
