Trailridge Crescent

This is a shared 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished with the exception of the private room. I am a female graduate student at the University of Toronto looking for someone working or in school to join the lease. I have been living here for the past 2 years and it just happens that my current roommate is moving out.

The place is very spacious and with lots of natural lighting. It is very close to the UofT Scarborough campus, close to the highway, with a convenient plaza across the street, including a grocery store and with access to the TTC at out doorstep.

There is wifi in the apartment but it is not included on the rent, it is about 31 dollars for high speed Rogers internet.

Parking is available but the tenant would have to apply for a spot with the building manager’s and although there are spots, the parking spot is not included in the rent either. It is 100 dollars extra a month for parking.

I am a female neuroscience graduate student. I am quiet and barely home during the days. I am someone that really respects shared spaces and I am looking for someone in a similar vibe. I am very welcoming for people to have guests over whenever!
