summer sublet (may-august 2025) 🌸
this is a 1-bedroom sublet in a spacious townhouse in parkwood hills (4 bed, 2 1/2 bath). if desired, the room can be furnished, and it also has a large closet. the house has a lovely backyard, as well as a driveway for parking. the neighbourhood is calm and only a few blocks from merivale street (which has everything you can think of - no frills, value village, tim hortons, a library, banks, etc.).
it’s also close to the 111, 86, and 80 bus routes. (very handy for uni/college students!) 25 min bus ride to carleton, 25 to algonquin for ex.
About the roomies
i am working out of province for may-august, and looking for a student or young professional to sublet my bedroom! please message me to chat/get more info.
this is a household of university students (early twenties), some of whom will be working internships/summer jobs in may.
we are considerate, open-minded, and friendly, while also respecting each other’s space. we also have a very cute cat! we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.*
there is opportunity to stay on in september, when the lease will be resigned!
