Hi there, I have a large sunny room available for April 1st. You may also have an office space or studio or storage. There are many rooms that we can rearrange to suit our needs. Easy parking and very close to Charlevoix metro station or Lionel-Groulx. I’m a single 41 year old gay man who works full time as a manager in a Canadian Tire. In the summer, I spend my weekends at my trailer camper and travel often. You’ll be home alone a lot. When I am home, I enjoy cooking, watching movies and working on my projects on my laptop.

I am hoping to find someone or a couple who can respect common spaces, clean after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen.
