Currently, we prefer South Asian roommates as tenants are all from South Asia. Occupancy: 1st April, 2025 (month to month and lease for a minimum 6 months)

Utilities: All included for $810/month. Coin Laundry included in unit!

Fantastic Location: 10 min walk to Giant Tiger, Dollarama, Asian supermarkets and restaurants. 15 min walk to Scarborough GO and Kennedy GO subway stations reaching downtown Union in less than 20 mins.

TTC: 5 min walk to 16 bus stop, by bus to WARDEN station in 10 mins and STC in 25 minutes. 5 min walk to Midland and Danforth Road intersection, bus 20 to Kennedy or Main Street subway stations. 45 mins by bus to Centennial Progress Campus.

Rent Agreement: Lease for a minimum of 6 months, then month (prefer long-term rentals). The first and last month are required upon move-in. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

About myself: I’m Lee George (26, M), from Mumbai and I am currently living in this wonderful quaint space, I’m a content creator working in Toronto, but due to family emergency reasons will be moving back to India coming April 2025.

Harika and Vipul are my other roommates also from India. Harika works at CIBC and works from home except Tuesdays, while Vipul works at FedEx in security and has night shifts. All of us are Indians in their mid 20s, and are very quiet, clean and respect each others personal space.
