Spacious bedroom and closet. In the Lancaster/Larado neighborhood. Parking, wifi and all utilities included. Shared bathroom and kitchen/living area. Sorry, no couples. No pets. Non- smoking unit. No parties or drugs. Must be employed or in school. Must like cats. Depending on length of stay, you may need to apply through the property management.

Im a quiet, clean, middle aged woman that works full time and goes to school. I have a cat that is overly friendly, so must like cats. Available April 1 but will wait to find the right fit to fill it.
