About the room
Recently renovated furnished and bright room. The bathroom is downstairs and will be shared with a future tenant. Furniture are what you can see in the photo just bring a pillow and blanket. In the kitchen you have your own cabinets with private cutleries and shared cooking devices. Internet is extra and $25 Utility is extra and it is 1/4th of the bill. Parking is available on street. House rules are strictly enforced. You need to be clean and respectful.
About the roomies
3 other male roommates in their 30s live there. Their rooms have their own ensuite private bathroom.They are all professional and go to work on weekdays and come back in the evening. They are very clean and polite and mostly stay in their rooms except for cooking and eating coming to the kitchen.
