Hello! I’m currently looking to sublet my room May to the end of August in a three bedroom house for $1000/month all inclusive (fully furnished and including utilities and wifi). I am looking for a responsible, clean, female identifying person to sublet the space. It’s a bright, ground level floor rental with a private room, furnished with a double bed, a desk and a chair. There is free street parking, a dishwasher, and in-suite laundry.

The house is a 13 minute drive to UVic campus, and is on the 14 and 15 bus routes. The suite is in Victoria’s charming Fernwood neighborhood, being only a 5 minute walk to great food and shops.

Hi! I’m Fiona and I am a marine biology student at UVic who is hoping to go home for the summer to see my boyfriend. My two longtime best friends will be staying in the other two bedrooms during your stay. They are both psychology students at UVic who will be taking summer courses while working full time. They’re both active people who are open to trying new things and meeting new people.

We keep a tidy living space that’s comfortable for everyone. We like to binge watch tv shows together in the living room and also love to go for a good hike on the weekend with a view!
