This unit is smoke free and has quite upstairs neighbours. There is one parking spot in the driveway and plenty of road parking. Gas and Hydro are included as well access to the large backyard. Sorry, although there is no laundry available, tenents are welcome to supply a portable washer for use in the bathroom.
